Podcast and Media

Beyond the Written Page

Alongside articles and features, I have increasingly become involved in audio and media projects. These provide another way of exploring history, folklore, and the unexplained, adapting research into formats designed for spoken storytelling and discussion.

Whether through narrative scripts, interviews, or collaborative projects, the focus remains the same: careful research, clear storytelling, and respect for historical context.

Audio Storytelling

Podcasting offers a different way of approaching historical and unexplained subjects. Material written for spoken delivery requires its own rhythm and structure, balancing research with atmosphere, pacing, and accessibility.

My interest lies in creating story-led content that works naturally in conversation and narration, bringing overlooked subjects to life for listeners.

Script Development

I also have an interest in developing research-led scripts for podcasts, video platforms, and documentary-style projects. Drawing on the same methods used in my written work, these scripts are intended to translate historical research into engaging narratives suited to spoken and visual formats.

Looking Ahead

As audio and media projects continue to develop, this area of The History Alchemist will evolve alongside them. Further collaborations, appearances, and releases can be found elsewhere on the site as they become available.

Collaborations

If you are interested in discussing a podcast appearance, research collaboration, or scripted media project, details on how to get in touch can be found on the Work With Me page.
